Subject : “Inquiry regarding Petition-Communication-Complaint for the 1503
On 11th October 2011, a communication was sent to you via express registered mail from Greece containing a complaint/petition of a most serious, alarming and urgent nature, compliant with all the formatting and qualitative parameters required for it to be admissible by your office, as specified in your web page describing the complaint procedure/1503 procedure.
The communication’s registered mail number is EE201101805GR and according to the records of the Greek express mail service (EMS GREECE) was received and signed for by a Mr. Auder or Avder three days later, approximately.
The communication contained not simple but deep, grievous and successive violations of nearly the sum of the Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms the UN has sworn and exists to protect and nearly a year later, today, it looks like sheer carpet bombing to annihilate all elements and parameters of free existence and enjoyment of even the most basic of Human Rights where it concerns the Greek People, including ourselves.
All our efforts to pursue this within Greece in the established judicial authorities have been summarily thrown out of court at blatant breach of due process and blatant denial to provide justifications for any action or even audit or examine the case as Hellenic Law prescribes, with unauthorized and unlawful rulings on cases where the ruling officials have no jurisdiction and are clearly forbidden by Law to interfere in due process. They have, however, confirmed to us in writing that they are aware of all the crimes and obscenely gross violations of the Human Rights and Freedoms of the Greek People, and they have admitted to them being true and common knowledge. What’s more, they have, within the same document declared the Hellenic Parliament as being equally aware and equally willing to remain inert and facilitating to the sum of these injuries as described within our complaint sent to you on 11th October 2011.
We wish to provide you further with all these legal documents as well as valid data illustrating clearly how all that which we describe and testify to in our complaint/petition for your action are not only an objective mapping of all that is going on in Greece and the genocidal levels of abuse we are going through, but maybe even a mild description of the actual sinister truth that is threatening to completely destroy a Nation and a Country that in all ways is entitled to your protection.
Therefore, given all of the above presented data and especially given all the data contained within the 11th October 2011 complaint/petition package sent to you via traditional mail, we urgently ask you to respond to us immediately as there has been complete radio silence on your part while our plight becomes worse and worse each day that passes, and now it is beginning to take hold within other countries in Europe as well, effectively uprooting all the protections and safeties internationally installed for the benefit of Peoples and Countries in post war Humanity.
We thank you in advance for your prompt and immediate reply regarding the stage of processing and your positioning on our high risk condition that has already cause of thousands of violent deaths of Greek Citizens, let alone the hundreds of thousands wasting away.

TO THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL
TO THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE
Working Group on Communication
Working Group on Situations
According to the Human Rights Council’s Complaint Procedure ( the 1503 Procedure ), we hereby submit to You this primary information and evidence along with a clear and concise description of the abject conditions of life that we have suddenly been condemned to live in along with the eminent degradation and debasement that the government with its foreign associates to whom it has relinquished our Country’s Sovereignty have already announced and begun to implement.
Being denied any sort of domestic justice system that can at all bring to justice and investigate the actions and behaviours of Greece’s governmental circles,
Being denied all democratic procedures globally recognised in every free State and Nation as the only ones with authoritative power to mandate or legally submit an entire People in conditions where even basic sustenance and access to basic amenities has become extremely problematic,
Being denied any sort of voice of opposition without the terror of extreme physical violence to the point of maiming or death,
Being denied any viable capacity to work and thrive as a People in our own Country,
Being denied access to property without literally being multiply fined for it,
Being denied the capacity to even survive, and in the case of the sick to be cared for with proper medical treatement,
Being denied the capacity to procreate and being punished for every ‘extra’ Greek child we bring into the world,
Being denied the sum of our basic, most vital Human Rights such as access to food, basic amenities, health care, education, work, welfare / pensions, self-determination, and freedom to democratically govern and be governed,
We resort to and appeal to You as a representative of the International keeper of all the Covenants, Statutes and International Laws that touch upon Human Rights, we accepted among Free Peoples, States, Countries and Nations that were established so that no man, woman or child will ever need to feel segragated and persecuted and condemned to a slow social and physical death and that those who seek to rule above the Law within a Country’s borders but against that Country’s Constitution and Popular Demand will still not be above Justice.
We look upon You to examine the evidence of the conditions, situations and prospects along with the victims already fallen or falling to these and
We invite You to protect the Greek People, part of whom we both are, held hostage to all these inhumane conditions, from the annihilation we are facing contrary to all solutions and protections installed to avoid reliving the abject conditions we already have lived through in the twentieth century and the great wars, with all peaceful recommendations possible.
We shall continue providing You with evidence for as long as we have capacity to and as long as our conditions of living allow for it, but we request an urge for as much expedition as possible for every day and week that passes Greek society and Greek People suffer losses, most of which irreparable.
